GERMAN TOUR 2010 31.03.2010
Previously announced Lonstar’s German tour is already behind us. Its first leg was the meeting with one of top Nashville singers/songwriters, the Grammy winner, Billy Yates, at the cult club, "Four Corners Music Hall" in Untermeitingen.

But before it happens, see a handful of pictures from that event and meet the artist whose motto, “I’m too country and proud of it” has already become the synonym of the country style awareness, worldwide. Lonstar’s meeting with Billy Yates was very friendly, down-to-earth creative and dedicated to their new artistic project. The first effects of their friendship and collaboration can be felt already. We’ll keep you informed on the progress of it.
The next leg of the tour took us to Speyer where Lonstar appeared within his German label’s, Amazing Records package show, “Country Night & Truckerfest”, broadcast live from Speyer’s “Eventhalle” by “Volksmusic TV” on their “Country Music Box Live” show.
Lonstar played that date with support of befriended German band from the Amazing Records roster, Wild Bunch. Video footage of that concert will be available on our website in a few weeks.
Lonstar’s winter season dates “west of the border” traditionally culminated in Berlin’s own Country Music Messe. On Friday night he played two gigs on the main stage with his Band: one consisting of his self-written new songs and the other – with guest appearance of his songwriting friend, Stan Silver. Then, on Sunday night, he played the acoustic solo set within the formula called “Songwriters in the Row” at the Bluebird Cafe.
Among numerous creative artistic effects of this year’s CMM there is the contract for next year’s “IX Country Music Festival Prignitz” in Wittenberge and a formal kick-off of the new international recording project under the editorial support of Amazing Records.
